Day 1
Arrival. Transfer to the hotel.
Accommodation in the hotel “Dostoevskiy” or Hotel “The Brother Karamazov” located in the historical centre of St. Petersburg. Hotels are situated close to the Church of Vladimirskaya Mother of God and Dostoevsky’s Apartment. It is the museum now, where the famous Russian writer finished his last novel “The Karamazov Brothers“.
City tour for a walk with visit to Vladimirskiy market – duration (3 hours).
Dinner at the hotel (facultative).
Overnight.
Day 2
Breakfast.
City sightseeing tour around the town with special emphasis on the places connected with Dostoevsky’s life and work, so you would feel the atmosphere of the White Nights - a short story written by Fyodor Dostoevsky about love, happiness and loss.
Visit to the apartment of Dostoevsky where he lived the last period of his life (The museum of Fyodor Dostoyevsky (1821- 1881) opened in 1971 in the house where the writer rented his last apartment).
Lunch at the restaurant “Idiot”.
Day 3
Breakfast.
Transfer to Pushkin. During this guided tour you will get acquainted to one of the former imperial summer residence.
Pushkin tour with Catharine Palace visit. Pushkin's palaces and parks were created under Empresses Elizabeth and Catherine the Great in the 18 –th Century. The main landmark is the Catherine Palace designed by Rastrelli and the famous Amber Room inside the Palace. Pushkin's original name is Tsarskoye Selo (Tsar's Village). It was renamed in 1937 after Russia 's famous poet who used to study here.
Dinner in Tsarskoe Selo. (falkultative)
Transfer back to city.
Day 4
Check-out. Day at one’s own disposal.
Transfer for departure. *(it's possible to organize facultative):
